Angela James has run 20 marathons and completed Iron Man Canada in August 2008. Angela has been a Team In Training marathon coach with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) groundbreaking charity sports training program since 2004. She no longer has Achilles tendonitis since using the ChiRunning form. Vancouver's first certified ChiRunning instructor, she plans to give workshops all over the world teaching others this revolutionary technique. Angela is also an accomplished cello player and a major proponent of Rooibos tea! She inspires and uplifts everyone she teaches.
